Tucked away in the North Central Province of Sri Lanka, the Ritigala Archaeological Site & Strict Natural Reserve is an enchanting combination of ancient Buddhist ruins and a pristine jungle ecosystem. Located about 43 km from Anuradhapura, Ritigala is known for its mysterious stone ruins, sacred monastery complex, and untouched biodiversity.
